Please make sure that the Bluetooth remote is connected with the device. If yes, then please remember to say the name of the desired app, once the red voice icon starts blinking. It will take 1-2 seconds to let the icon blink automatically. If the icon doesn’t start blinking automatically, place the cursor on the voice icon and select OK. The voice icon will then start blinking.

Connection with TV – Connect HDMI/AV cable to HDMI/AV port of the Android TV box & TV set.

Connection with network – Plug the Ethernet cable to LAN port of the Android TV box, the other side to LAN port of router or Ethernet port of home broadband network.

Connection with Power – Connect the power adapter to the Android TV box. After power is on, it can start automatically.

Please switch the signal input of the TV to correct source which in this case is HDMI.

Please ensure that the audio cable is properly connected, the mute button is turned off and the volume is high.

Yes, you can cast your content from your mobile on your TV screen. The device has Chromecast built-in feature which allows the same.

Please make sure that the device and your mobile/tablet/laptop is connected to the same Wi-Fi Network. Once connected, open any OTT App like Hotstar/Zee5/AltBalaji/ErosNow on your mobile phone. Select chromecast icon towards top right corner (Hotstar) or just below the content video you want to play. The content will now play on your TV.

Once you get ‘Ready to Cast’ option on Hotstar, please play any video of our choice on the app in your phone. The video will play on your TV screen.

You will be able to cast content from most of the OTT Apps available. If you are not able to cast video from any particular app, the service will be restricted by the respective app provider.

You need to change the input source on your TV to watch normal TV Channels or content on this device depending upon which slot you have plugged the TV cables and the device cables in. If you have plugged the TV cable in the AV port and the device cable in the HDMI port, select the input source AV from your TV settings menu for TV Channels and HDMI to view content from the device.

Yes, you can operate the device without remote. Install ‘Android TV Remote’ in your android phone. Kindly ensure your phone and device at connected to the same Wi-Fi Network. Scan for the device on the app. Once the device is detected, select the device name. Pairing will be initiated. Once the pairing is done, you will get a keyboard on your app which will function as your remote.
